Shamokin Area Community Hospital' s (SACH) Pain Management Clinic is open and available to help people in their fight to relieve pain.

Pain is categorized in two ways: acute pain and chronic pain. It is not a quick fix. However, the pain management clinic is home to numerous professionals with extensive knowledge in dealing with pain.

Whether it is through medication, anesthesia, recommendations on a patient' s dietary or living habits, the pain management clinic will assess the problem that is ailing the patient and attempt to provide a potential solution accordingly.

Dr. Llewelyn Williams, Director of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, is often available to treat patients with pain concerns in the pain management clinic.
